1. Stop by the office

Currently located in the camper behind the old store building located near the road.
If you happen to be in the area, come meet our Campground Manager Becke. She can answer all your questions.

2. Call us at (931) 858-1551

If no one answers, please leave a message. The Campground Manager may be working out on property and will return your call as soon as she can. Please note, the campground is on Central Time and the current campground time is displayed to the right, on the sidebar.

If you would like for us to call you, click the green button below, and fill out the form. Leave date and time blank for "Call Me as Soon as Possible". Available 9:00am - 6:00pm Central Time   7 days a week, including all holidays.

3. Fax us toll free at (800) 747-2745

This is one method of getting your completed, hand-written registration form to us. If you do not have access to a fax machine, you can usually find fax services at Office Depot, Staples, Kinko's, the UPS Store, or anyplace that has a copy machine for public use. If you've used Foxit PDF software to fill out your form, you may also use the online fax service at and fax directly from your computer.

4. Email us

If you have any questions, comments or concerns, please let us know using our Primary Contact Form. You may also upload your completed registration form here. You should get an acknowledgment email within 5 minutes, usually much sooner. If you don't receive it, check your spam or bulk mail folder. It will sometimes show up there. Add us to your contacts or mark us as not spam to make sure you receive further emails from us properly.

This is our preferred method of receiving registration forms.
Open the Registration Form with Foxit PDF software, fill it out, and save it according to the instructions. Next, open the Primary Contact Form, and fill it out. Under 'Status' select 'Future CHC Camper', and answer 'Yes', finish the form, then upload the file you just saved, following the instructions for 'Add File' on the form.

These addresses are checked every 2 minutes during normal business hours.

5. Post on Facebook

You may post your message on our Facebook timeline. DO NOT POST YOUR REGISTRATION FORM HERE. This method is much slower than email. You must have a Facebook account to post, and posts can be seen by anyone, with or without a Facebook account. The Primary Contact Form is quicker, more secure and private.

6. Mail us a letter

This is one method that doesn't occur to most people, but the USPS is still delivering letters. We'd love to receive something besides junk mail and bills. You may return your completed registration form this way. Please allow at least 5 days before you arrive for the form to get to us. We will contact you when we receive the form to confirm your reservation.

very important to us. You will also be automatically entered in our
contest for 2 FREE nights at CHC.

Official Contest Rules


  1. You must have spent at least one night at the campground.
  2. You must fill out and submit the survey.
  3. All completed surveys will be entered in the drawing for 2 free nights. (Value up to $50)
  4. Contest runs until May 31st, 2017 at 11:59 pm ET. The winning entry will be drawn by computer on June 1st, .
  5. Winner will be notified by email within 2 business days. Do not delete this email. It contains a 6 digit code number you will need at check-in to claim your 2 free nights. The best solution is to print the email and bring that, along with a picture ID when you come to check-in.
  6. Winner has 7 days to respond to the email or another winner will be drawn.
  7. Winning entry must be redeemed on 2 consecutive nights
  8. Winning entry must be redeemed by December 31st, . May not be redeemed for cash.
  9. Winner may choose type of site, based on availability at time of check-in.
